We will expand this page with more information about withdrawal timelines collected from others' experiences. However, a helpful comment from a general drug addiction forum made the keen observation that people seem to experience major improvements at milestones: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. That is, even though the improvements are subtle, many people can tell that each quarter is better than the last. 
 
In general, the worst symptoms are usually in the first 3 months; however, our experience has been that minor symptoms lasting longer than this cause people to be very confused, as most literature suggests that caffeine withdrawal does not last longer than a few weeks!
